Shipping
Free Royal Mail Delivery for all orders in the UK that are over ?20
For orders below ?20 you will be charged ?4.50 to cover postage costs.
We can ship to anywhere in Europe for just ?7.50 and anywhere else in the world for just ?8.50
All items will be dispatched in discreet packaging.
Security
We will require a signature for your parcel so that we know you have received it.
If you are not in when the postman calls, don?t worry! You will be left with a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or how to rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Royal Mail will keep your parcel for 7 days, if you have not collected your goods within 7 days after Royal Mail has visited your delivery address, your goods will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re send your order we will charge you for re shipping. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
How long will your order take to reach you?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Royal Mail does not class post lost until 15 working days.
